A Professional Look
Our uniformed adult equipment attendants arrive on-site 15 minutes prior to their event start time in a CC&E issued t-shirt, ready to go! They will find their piece of equipment they are monitoring, and know exactly what they are doing. If any questions arise and the event contact is not available, they all have access to contact our Talent Coordinator with any questions.
Safety First!
Anyone who has ever worked with us before knows that we are sticklers for safety! All our equipment attendants are given their equipment assignments with the rules and expectations prior to the event, so there should be no questions once on site. On occasion, school volunteers are not given the equipment rules ahead of time. They end up not monitoring the equipment properly because they are unaware of what they should be doing, the correct amount of participants at one time, or the rules to follow.
Worth the Extra Cost
We often get feedback after an event is finished that it was so nice for the customer not to be pulled in so many directions knowing that we had the safety of the equipment taken care of. We understand it may not be in everyone’s budget, but it may be something to consider for your next event. It also relieves your school, church, or company’s liability for the safety and operation during the event. This can sometimes be the difference in being able to host an event due to insurance requirements.
