While a volunteer entertainer sounds great for your budget, it’s best to let us handle it from the start! Why? Of course, while volunteers have the best of intentions, they are more than likely not using cosmetic grade products, do not carry entertainer insurance if something were to happen, and are not trained to get through large amounts of people in short amount of time.

“It’s not in the budget”
Often, people think they need one entertainer of every type at their event. Think again! You have to consider the capacity of one entertainer for the type of talent, amount of expected guests, and the length of your event. In our experience we have found it is best for large events to stick with one kind of talent with multiple artists, so people are not wasting the whole event waiting in every entertainer’s line. Even worse is when they wait in line the whole time for one entertainer and the event ends without them getting the balloon! You want to make sure your guests have the option to participate in all your event activities. Having one line to feed from also makes the line go faster and is more efficient. Keep it simple! We can often find ways to get you an entertainer or two, even if you don’t think your budget will allow.
